From the beginning, ASTA has been firmly committed to a process of continuous improvement. In terms of management, market openings, supply, production methods, work techniques or employee training, ASTA plans and conducts its activities from ongoing optimization and integrated development perspectives.

• 2012-2013: the implementation of an optimized production process (Lean Manufacturing) and of a continuous improvement policy.
• 2016-2017: the implementation of a new computerized production management system.
