Laborer for slaughter department

Tasks and responsibilities

To perform various production tasks related to the pork slaughter department:

• Reception of the animals
• Apply the methods of humane treatment of animals
• Perform various tasks for the preparation of pigs for processing

Job requirements

• Good manual skills
• Availability and punctuality
• Enjoy working in a team

No training or experience required.

A competent work colleague gives all job training.

Conditions

• 17.50$ upon entry
• Progressive salary range up to 22.50$/hour
• Full time between 40 et 45 hours
• Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday

Perform a variety of production tasks associated with slaughtering and/or pork processing. For example: slaughter and evisceration, preparation of carcasses, cutting, meat cut preparation, packaging, weighing, box handling.
